the book is actually a complete 2-week diet plan designed to end your dieting. I can't follow it because of some health and food issues but there is also a lot of helpful information in it besides including recipes for the above mentioned diet, what to do after the diet, etc.

Hi Everyone,
I just joined yesterday and I'm still learning all the tools of the spark page. I started at 208 lbs and my first goal is 185 by Feb 25th 2014. Mt final goal will be 159 by Sept 3rd 2014
