Hello my name is LaCourdia Jones and I am starting out ny journey to lose 130#. I am 10 yrs wed and a mother of nine, yes all nine were birthed through me. I am Executive Administrator fir a private Christian school as well as a church clerk for Cornerstone Word of Faith Ministries. Graphic design is my passion as well as journaling. My children are between the ages of 6 to 19yrs. I have been overweight since 1996 and after threatening a stroke 2yrs ago, I was determined to change my eating habits, but I fell off track. I was glad to become a member if this health forum and I hope tour testimonies will be a part of my determination to see myself healthier and toner.
