Been having trouble controlling what I am eating. I plan on a good meal then end up eating everything available because if its not there then I won't have to worry about eating it. Eating breakfast only makes me more hungry before lunch and am afraid to snack because max calories are 1500. Even when I do snack it doesn't seem to last till lunch then I am starving again
