hang in there and keep trying. I have Dilated Cadiomyopathy and a leaky heart valve, Type II Diabetes and Crohn's (those are the major ones) and I too have to watch my sugar and salt, etc. I can only do low intensity exercise. I've found Aquafit and find I can have a full range of motion I don't have on land and can get a great workout without hurting myself. Hopefully you'll find something that suits you.
