you've been thru a lot! Have a peek at all the various teams and challenges and perhaps signing up for some of the exercise challenges might be a good way to start your program with motivation and encouragement and you'll get to know others in the challenge as you each post your activities and such. Good luck! For me, my best exercise is Aquafit. You have to find something that works for you. There are lots of groups here. Have fun while you are doing it.

Hi, my name is Dawn. This is ANOTHER NEW start for me. I have over 100 lbs to lose. I am looking for motivation on this plan, but really interested in exercising . I have been sedentary for some time, so looking for tips of getting moving. I was disabled most of my life due to knee damage, I have had 16 knee surgeries, but the last 2 where total knee replacements & they are GREAT. After the new knees I told the doc lets get fit for 50, he said just 1 more check up and then work out t time. Went for check up and BAM ! Breast Cancer. I have had BC treatments and Have been Cancer free for 4 yrs now ;} But the medication I was allergic too messed me up the most......So now its time to get moving. I am anxious to get started & hope to find a Friend Fix to keep me going :}
