Have a peek at all the various teams and challenges and perhaps signing up for some of the exercise challenges might be a good way to start your program with motivation and encouragement and you'll get to know others in the challenge as you each post your activities and such. Good luck! For me, my best exercise is Aquafit. You have to find something that works for you. There are lots of groups here. Have fun while you are doing it.
