Jodie - I think you've come to the right place for moral support - I've received tons. Soundls like you've been doing a fantastic job with the weight loss. The last bit is always the hardest though, isn't it! Keep at it and check out the many many challenges in the various teams - perhaps joining some of those will keep you motivated and introduce you to many others. Good luck and keep in touch.

Welcome to the team. You've done a remarkable thing, losing 82 pounds. Wow! Maybe it's a good thing you took a little hiatus. It gives your body some time to adjust. Those last 20 pounds are going to be hard, but not impossible. What you've been doing seems to work, so just keep at it.

Hi Everyone,

I have been on SP before but I am new to this team. Have lost 82 lbs since last September but have gotten off track. Would like to be down abt another 20 before the end of summer. Still have a lot more to lose. Had blood work drawn this AM and kind of overdid it when I got home. But I figure I can divide this into two meals or a meal and a snack and it will work out alright. I really could use some moral support been a little stressed lately. Good to hear from anyone and thank you so much.
