Hi, thanks for letting us know about you changing your handle to Caper85. Sorry to hear you spent so much time in the hospital and rehab. I spent a month in the hospital and six weeks in rehab just short of two years ago so I have some idea what you've been through. It's enough to make anyone stand up and take notice of what changes they need to make in their lifestyle. Good luck. Little steps lead to giant strides toward the goal.

Hello all, Caper85 here. Just stopping by today to say hi and to tell you a little about myself. I have been a Sparker since 2008. Originally Poohbear1733, I recently changed my handle to Caper85.It symbolizes that I hale from Cape Breton, NS and that I moved to the Mainland to Halifax in 1985. I have many health issues including Atrial AFib, Type 2 Diabetes and I weigh over 576 lbs. Last March 2012, I got very ill will Sepsis. Lost the feeling in my left leg and I had to learn to walk again. It was a scary scary time. Spent three months between two hospitals one of which was Rehab. I am trying to get back in the game as of this day. When I went in the hospital I weighed 515. Leaving I dropped to 481. In the year since I gained near 100 lbs. I am in serious trouble if I don't start taking my health more serious. My promise to me and now you, is to start fresh today and never again look back. It is going to be a long road to travel but one must start with small steps. See you in the threads.
