Welcome back. I too have several serious health issues and recovery from them is long and often painful and full of ... well you know what I mean! There are tons of teams on here and if you do searches you can probably find one for most all of your issues. I've joined several and I've learned lots and I hope I've helped a few as well. Hello all, Caper85 here. Just stopping by today to say hi and to tell you a little about myself. I have been a Sparker since 2008. Originally Poohbear1733, I recently changed my handle to Caper85.It symbolizes that I hale from Cape Breton, NS and that I moved to the Mainland to Halifax in 1985. I have many health issues including Atrial AFib, Type 2 Diabetes and I weigh over 576 lbs. Last March 2012, I got very ill will Sepsis. Lost the feeling in my left leg and I had to learn to walk again. It was a scary scary time. Spent three months between two hospitals one of which was Rehab. I am trying to get back in the game as of this day. When I went in the hospital I weighed 515. Leaving I dropped to 481. In the year since I gained near 100 lbs. I am in serious trouble if I don't start taking my health more serious. My promise to me and now you, is to start fresh today and never again look back. It is going to be a long road to travel but one must start with small steps. See you in the threads.
