Good luck. sometimes we set goals too lofty to live up to and have to re-evaluate. As you diet, and if you lose, I would say your goals would have to change as your body changes.

I'm resetting my goals once again on Sparkpeople. I've done this several times. I'm hoping today is a new beginning towards a healthier me.
