That is great! I know where your at. I don't have any children but I did stop coming to the website. I tried it and then I stopped. I am back again and my attitude about it has def changed. One tip I have is make spark-people your home page. That way when you go online its right there in front of you. I did it and I am glad I did. Also remember the saying: "A year from now you will wish you started today!" Funny how true that is. Try to do just 10 mins of exercise a day. Spark ppl has plenty of 10 min vids to do. I like the cardio kickboxing one. I believe that is what it is called. There is also a 12 min pilates ab video. It really works! You will feel the burn! emoticon

I am new to this site, I have tried it before in the past but I ended up not sticking with the program due to lazyness. But I am back now and I have a kiddo and need to lose some weight so that i can continue to keep up with her. So I have my fb that i use and will keep this on my fb so it will remind me to use this site and track track track. Maybe i will look better soon.
