I have been able to not only lose weight but significantly change my body composition from high-fat, low-muscle to 21% body fat (and still dropping) with several pounds of muscle gained by eating a paleo-style low-carb diet in spite of low-thyroid. In fact my thyroid levels are much improved after making this change in eating style.
You can talk to God all you want and that's great, but the changes happen when you start listening to him.
Hi my name is Carol and for years I have tried to get my weight under control.
