Welcome and only two pieces of advice to start with: Lower your carbs significantly, ideally under 50 grams/day, Induction Atkins may work better and has the advantage that you will lose significantly even without much exercise. Don't worry too much about exercise if you don't have enough time to sleep, just try to walk more places, but do worry about getting enough sleep and do whatever it takes to get at least 8 hours and find ways to lower stress or your hormones will keep you from losing and your appetite will be out of control. hi everybody! I've tried so many different diets to lose weight and exercized and my body just doesn't want to loose the weight ill get a few pounds to come off but not a dramatic change. I am very frustrated and I am a college student and all i do is go to school and work and never get any sleep please someone help me!
