Lower your carbs significantly, ideally under 50 grams/day, Induction Atkins may work better and has the advantage that you will lose significantly even without much exercise. Don't worry too much about exercise if you don't have enough time to sleep, just try to walk more places, but do worry about getting enough sleep and do whatever it takes to get at least 8 hours and find ways to lower stress or your hormones will keep you from losing and your appetite will be out of control.
You can talk to God all you want and that's great, but the changes happen when you start listening to him.
