hi i'm new to this have been off and on with it but know if on and going got to get r done!! but it's not easy and thought that i could use some support , have a 100lbs to lose but take a little at a time for my goal to lose dont want to do tomuch at once and get discouraged. am ready to make a change and get healthy thanks :)
