Same here, When we get together as a family there is always food in abundance and I tend to take advantage of that bounty. However I just make up my mind to get back on plan after the feast and don't get down on myself. I take it one day at a time.

You are a member of a very big club. I did the same thing last Sunday but I wont beat myself up over it. it is a new week and a new beginning. I didn't get into this mess overnight and I wont get myself out of it overnight either.
I just keep putting one foot in front of the other all the while looking at my next short term goal, one palm tree at a time.

I am not new to healthy eating and exercise. Over the years I've managed to introduce healthier foods in my diet. However, I need support in portion control, holiday eating etc.. This weekend, I ate so much candy and nuts that I actually counted most of my calories and yowe! The count is through the roof!! I've got to manage my eating habit.
