Welcome, I'm fairly new myself...I'm a heart "veteran", had triple by-pass in 95 & a heart attack in 05, so I've really cleaned up my act since then. I reached my goal weiight last year. Went from 146 to my current weight of 111 & plan to stay there. I did it following Dr. Joel Fuhrman's Eat to Live plan but I used all of Spark People tools & still do to date.Proper diet & exercise is the key to living a long & healthy life!

I'm new here and am happy to be here. Heart problems run in my family and I don't want to be the next victim. I like to think that I'm doing the right things but, I'm heavy and I know that doesn't help. I want to make changes so, here it goes! Can't wait to meet some people here and get support with these life changes.
