hello everyone I'm new here. been doing a lot of this work on my own, but now it's time to get involved to stay motivated. working on the accountability you so that I don't gain back anything that I've lost. about 5 years ago I lost 65 pounds, then gained almost 30 of it back. working on losing it and keeping it off for keeps.
