Hi I too have just started, and I know it will take time to take off what time put on. I have 100 lbs to go, that must come off. I too have a heart problem that seemed to be passed down to me from my mom. I have been taken Krill Oil for the last month see I know a blood test was coming, Well I past for the first time in 20 years. So Dr Oz was right, it works on Blood Colestroil. I see the picture of the cat, I have 3 and love them all. Suzie

I just started, had recently being losing (very slowly) but was very motivated and for some reason I lost the motivation and i am struggling.
