Hi ! I'm Kim, I'm 47, and I had a heart attack 2/14/13. I'm hoping I find some REALLY good low-sodium recipes here, because that is one of the biggest challenges I face. Anyway, I'm glad to be here. I'm really glad you're here, because this heart-healthy thing is kinda new to me.
