Best of luck to you. I have only been using SP for 3 months. But, it is a great way to stay focused and on task. I feel guilty when I haven't entered any fitness minutes at the end of the day!

Hi I'm new to SparkPeople but not new to trying to lose weight. My goal is to not only lose 30-40 lbs but also lose the bad / unhealthy habits I have form over the years...a lifestyle change I'm ready!!
