Hi my name is Pat. i am 67 and hope to finally reach my goal weight. I have Afib and a few other thing going on. I have come to realize that there will never be a better time to lose the weight I need to.There are no more reasons to postpone it. I go to the gym twice a week, to Silver Sneakers and would like to add water aerobics as a third day. I am also going to Weight Watchers. My biggest problem is that I lose for a few weeks then I get stuck in a grove and I then fall into past patterns, namely gaining back all I lost. I also realize that I need to stick with it so I can do all I want to do. I also have bad knees to walking long distances is not possible. So that is my story and I hope to finally stay motivated.
