Welcome to healthy hearts. it would be nice to have a magic pill to stop our brain from telling us to eat, alas there is not. However you will find lots of support and encouragement here. You will also find many resources at your finger tips here at Sparkpeople. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hello I have a weight release( I learned that phrase at weight watchers) goal of 35 lbs of which 15 of those lbs were regained over the holiday season and into winter. Why is it so easy to put on the lbs on but so hard to take them off? Today I have a goal date of June 1st to eliminate this unwanted baggage. I'm truly frustrated and cannot figure out why my brain keeps telling me I want something to eat when my stomach seems completely satisfied. Where is that magic pill to stop this hideousness?
