Hi, I started using this website about a month ago. it's been very challenging, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised since I've been trying to lost weight repeatedly since I was in college. I succeeded a few times. I know I eat for emotional reasons and I have continued to gain since the early 90's. I now need to lose at least 65 pounds. I set my first goal at 20 pounds to give me a goal that seemed possibly reachable. I plan to reset my goal if I reach the first goal. It's been very helpful to have a tracker that tells me my calorie, fat, etc intake, so I can make better decision. I'm having great difficult eating enough protein. I also am not a fan of many salads and vegetable. The recipe collection is very helpful as it gives me ideas for new foods and how to make them tasty. I'm still working to learn the website and hope to soon figure out how to do the friends part. I'm sooooo computer savy! lol
