Have been on SP snce Jan 14 this year, and while I had already lost almost 10 lbs by time I got on SP.... have a ways to go. Am just trying to figure things out in balancing exercise, food, etc..... and try to understand where meds come into play. I have a history of High Cholesterol, and last year about this time I was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation. I am glad I have lost the weight I have, but want to get down at least 15 more pounds, but haven't been able to move weight wise for almost 2 wseks... so am pretty frustrated with no weight loss, no reduction of meassurements of waste or hips.....
