Get rid of the word "TRY" and the phrase "DO MY BEST" as though your best won't get you there!
Instead resolve within yourself that "You ARE going to DO IT! Accept nothing other than reaching your goal! Don't accept excuses, don't allow your self from being distracted from reaching your goal and DECIDE RIGHT NOW TODAY, VICTORY IS YOUR ON CHOICE!"
If you are in a room with only one door! No windows, no vents, no cracks to wiggle through, you have no other way to get out! And the door is locked from the inside! Meaning no one can unlock it for you! They can communicate with you to help you develop the keys you will need to open each lock, but it is up to you to make each key and then to unlock each lock so that you can walk out of the prison that you have built around yourself! Make your current lifestyle and physical condition, habits and beliefs, "THAT ROOM!" Write down what the door looks like, with the number of locks on it that hold you prisoner and determine what the keys are that can open each of them! Then put them on your key chain! Then go through the process of unlocking each lock that is keeping that door from opening! To stay in that room is to die to the possibility of your being free from that prison! You CAN get out! The question is are you willing to do the work to get out? Decide today to start working on the solution! Then don't give up until you are free!
SAY to YOURSELF, "The ONLY ANSWER is, YES I CAN and YES I WILL DO IT! DEFEAT is NOT an OPTION"

The race to fitness is unending for when you reach your goals, it becomes a race to stay ahead of the temptations that seek to pull back to where you came from!

Hello my name is Linda and I am starting over again! I am going to do my best to try to make my goal this year!! I was diagnosed with CHF about 2 years ago, I was doing good losing after that! But I sad to say just didn't stay on track, so I gained back some of the weight that I worked so hard to get rid of. Now I have been diagnosed with diabetes so I really have to watch what I eat!

Anyway that is my story and I am hoping to gain encouragement to start back on this weight loss journey!!
