My advice to you is to keep coming back. It's what I do. Each time I re-start I am doing it with lessons learned from the previous time.

Hello...I signed up w/SparkPeople about 2 months ago and then never logged back in. And it's quite obvious because I have gained about another 5 lbs. I'm SO incredibly disappointed in myself. My weight is now starting to affect my health and my day to day simple activities. I'm so desperate for help. I don't know why I just can't stick w/SOMETHING. I did South Beach diet for about 4 days and I did lose about 8 lbs, but wasn't able to stick w/it long term. So instead of just eating "healthier", I just gave up altogether and now have gained it all back and then a few. I know what I'm supposed to do, but my will power isn't there. Okay...no more pity party! Praying this works for me this time! ANY advice/support welcome!
