You have made a very intelligent decision to take action early in your life. I wish I had done that. If I had, I would have probably not have gone through with what I have dealing with heart problems and diabetes.
If not now, when?
If not me, who?

Hi everyone I started up with the challenge in here.. I am a mother of two wonderful boys.. been not feeling how I used to now I am tired and afraid of heart problems.. I do not have them yet but in my father it was a problem.. I am starting to walk for 30 mins.. cleaned my home of soda pops..been so far 2 days without it.. been cooking at home but healthy.. putting lots more veggies and fruits in my plan.. after I get comfortable with these three task I will add more like strength ...want to be around when my sons get married and moved on on their lives...so I hope this is the place to be to get my motivations ..
Taking one day at a time. I know that I can do it.
