My name is Rachel and I joined SparkPeople at the end of Novenber. I've been working out for almost two months now. I haven't seen much in the line of results yet (partially because I'm still working on the eating habits), but I feel good about being active. At the end of the month, I will be having valve replacement surgery. I will have to take a break from working out, but I'm looking forward to my heart being in the best shape possible when I resume my fitness routine. During my recovery time, I'm going to continue improving my eating habits. I have done this weightless journey before, and unfortunately gained it back. I want to lose it and keep it off this time.
