Hi. I'm April and I've been dieting half my life. I'm a 57 yr old grandmother and retired Marine. This is the second time I've joined sparkpeople. I can lose weight I just can't keep it off. Along with retirement comes health issues that affect my activity capabilities. I have severe spinal stynosis which is currently preventing much physical exercise. I've found some exercises that may work for me but could use any suggestions. I'm not only an emotional eater but I love to cook and spend way to much time in my kitchen but that's my comfort zone. I'm really looking forward to getting back in control of my eating habits.
Free will is the will to change and God gives us the strenght to make those changes to better our lives. Praise to him for the wonderful life he has blessed me with.
