I looked up *my* favorite tracking site (not SP) and they don't have it as a choice, either. I checked their support forums (cos I couldn't believe they didn't have the OPTION!). It said they don't do it because most LABELS don't track it!
You can build your own items on myfitnesspal (like sweet potato, and then fill out ALL the nutrients). That's a lot of work unless you only eat a small 'variety' of foods. Personally, I eat a small variety (especially since I eat only at home and rarely processed from supermarkets) but maybe others don't.

I'll also recommend nutritiondata.com (they have exceptional data for food but it's a LOT of info!)

Welcome. I had my aortic valve replaced with a mechanical valve at the end of July. I am also on warfarin. The thing is to just be consistent with your diet. It is not that you can't have foods with high vitamin K content you just want to avoid eating them too much. again just be consistent with your diet. I also track sodium intake and cardio exercises. Do you have a list of foods and their vit k content?

I am a 48 year year old female with low blood preasure, that has had Mitral valve repair on Sept 17th 2012, all was going well (I thought) when on Oct 4th, 2012, I had a TIA (mini stroke) and Pericardial Effusionon (fluid around the heart). After a week back in the hospital, I was discharged on Warfarin. So I have joined Spark people to track my sodium intake and cardio excersise. I would like to track my Vitamin K intake, but can't find it as an option for tracking. Any help would be appreciated.
