Hi Welcome to the group, I just started the group recently I've enjoied having people to talk to and have goals through this group. I've had a hard time not sticking to anything lately I lost 100 p last year and gained it all back and more, which makes me stressed out and tired can't exercise like I used to I get worn out easy. But I know with this group and not being alone I can do it. It will take time but it will get done.

I have arrived at the heaviest point in my life, with all my clothes too tight, my energy level low, and my feet rebelling at having all this topping them! I am retiring on April 30, 2013 and want to enjoy good health in retirement, so I know my out of control eating and sedentary lifestyle must be arrested, starting now. I had success on WW ten years ago, so I know a little about food choices and exercise. My biggest problem is self discipline. Although I achieved "lifetime" I did not maintain.
