I was on SP originally years ago. Never really logged right, it was a pain, etc. I even deleted the account! I returned in 2006 & I'm glad that I did

I find my nutrition works better doing other than what's recommended here--everybody ha to find what works! I track WELL now but use a different tracker. It's trying things and finding what works all around.
You WILL find what works. You WILL get off those meds! It IS work and I know you can do it!

I was doing SparkPeople but found I was not being a honest as I should have been. I promise to only log honest nutrition, fitness and posts. I had a heart attack in April of 2006 and have a defibrillator in case of another. I also have type 2 Diabetes. I am taking Metformin for the Diabetes and also Coreg, Lisinopril, and Lipitor. I would like to get off the drugs and not need the defibrillator so I really need to start an exercise program and begin eating more healthy.
