I'm starting off the New Year with new goals...weight wise, health wise, every which way but loose wise! I have heart issues, need to lose 50+ pounds and try to lower my cholesterol. Last thing I want is another heart attack or my first stroke!

I am going to need a LOT of help. I work strange hours that makes me excessively tired and not wanting to even do a walk. For example, some mornings I am up at 2:30 am, and work from 3:30 am to 12 noon. I don't feel like exercising or anything except napping.

I am also a stress eater. I can not walk past a bag of chips or cookies without wanting "one" and eating much more. Basically, I'm a hot mess!

I can't wait to start living healthier. I have 11 (yes, 11) grandchildren that I want to stay around for! I work in a nursing home and take care of my mom here at home. Even my poor dog is out of shape! emoticon
