Just started. having a time finding all the tools etc... I am an emotional eater and earned every pound I am set to lose. in the last 7 years, the more I have tried to lose weight the more I gained. So I dieted my last 30 pounds on. Trying now to figure out how to get walks in during the winter months or what else I can do that won't cost. Can't wait to see what everyone is up to and what seems to be working so I can try too
