All things are possible if you only believe, even losing 15 pounds
of all the plans and programs I've looked at I am hooked on spark. The information you get here is well researched, safe and compelling. The positive community from the coaches right on down to the everday sparker is so encouraging. the support helps keep you going, even when it doesn't seem like things are improving from the outside. Each choice you make from now on can make you healthier from the inside

Sending out this note of introduction... I am new to Spark People today. I am coming up on 2 months post heart attack. Joined this site and forum to gain more information on being heart healthy, learning to cook and eat differently, lose the rest of my weight ( I had already lost almost 50 pounds since last Christmas ), ramp up my cardiac rehab exercise too.
Please check out my profile and first Blog Post for more info...
Take care! Jane
