of all the plans and programs I've looked at I am hooked on spark. The information you get here is well researched, safe and compelling. Sending out this note of introduction... I am new to Spark People today. I am coming up on 2 months post heart attack. Joined this site and forum to gain more information on being heart healthy, learning to cook and eat differently, lose the rest of my weight ( I had already lost almost 50 pounds since last Christmas ), ramp up my cardiac rehab exercise too.
