The advice to not wait till you are 50 to make the change really hits home. I should have done just that but I didn't and I will never know why. Now that I am 77 I am finally relatively healthy. At least I am at my goal weight and my diabetes is in full remission. Of course, the heart problems that I have had are not restorable. I have had two bypass procedures and I am now scheduled for a pacemaker to be installed in January. But life is good.

I am 25 and heart disease and diabetes run in my family. I've been trying for over a year noe to lose wieght and get in shape. I tried a few dangerous diets I will admit. One causing a injurie that finaly heal, Luckily I just happen to bring up the topic in the mall that I was looking for a hand held calorie counter and she told me about the website. At first I will admit I was thinking no way is it free. Now I'm hoping this website will help beat my family bad genetics and get healthy, in shape, and energy. I know all the above will give me more confidence, Friends will also be a plus.
