The reason for me to join is that my Dad recently had a heart attack and I'm hoping to learn all I can about what he can do to prevent another one and get healthy.
I am personally on the journey to change my body composition (increase muscle, lower fat) after I have reached my goal weight and also to lower to move out of the pre-diabetic range through long-term use of a low-carbohydrate organic diet.
Looking forward to learning a lot here.
