Hi Ramona, we are in the same age group. I also have a heart condition, but not serious, just has to be watched. Exercise and weight loss are what I need.

Hi everyone, I'm Ramona and I'm 61 with A-Fib. My goal weight is 130, and I am starting out at 272. SparkPeople says I can make it by March of 2014, so I aim to try my hardest. Looking forward to getting to know some of you. I also have Fibromyalgia and my Dr. says if I exercise and lose weight I'll be able to get off the pain medication, so that's another plus.
