Hi, my name is Ed and I just started this on Monday and I really am enjoying the videos, helps and other portions of the link. I am a former Stud Muffin that now is a Muffin! and wantig to lose weight as well as improve my eating habits which are not much better than a kid! O well, sweating never killed anyone so been riding a stationary bike, doing some weights and resistance bands... any suggestions would be appreciated as I got type 1 diabetis a couple of years ago and came very close to dying when my blood sugar hit 1,700, yep, 1,700, it isn;'t a typo, but God is good and sent some friends by the house who literally stuff me in their car and off to the hospital, I hate cooking! so I really struggle with the food selections and portions.... thanks
