Great you are exercising & eating right, really makes a difference. Sounds like you are doing good & continued good luck. I also exercise doing aerobic classes 3 x a week but want to get into more, preferably walking on other days. Trying to get back into eating right, consistently... need to lose this extra weight..seems I do right few days, then mess up..but know I need to do it. Afib not as often as it was but BP high, just changed med. Whatever the issue we have , we have to do the best we can to live a healthy lifestyle, and yes..you're right
