hi Auntie a big welcome to you. And congrats on your first big step. What keeps me focused is being on Spark People and watching videos, reading motivational articles, and a desire to get healthy. One step at a ttime and one day at a time. This program is a get healthy lifestyle so you won't put the weight back on. I read other members blogs too see how they are doing it, and usually they are doing the same as me, one day at a time. The main thing is not to live to eat, but to eat to live. Make sure you take a before picture, you won't believe the transformation!!! Good luck on your journey.
