Today I walked 10 mins. without stopping. It was with my walker, but after 2 tries break in between, I was able to walk 2 mins without my walker. My goal...get to the walker!!! emoticon

My name is tommy and I am 5ft 6ins tall 230lbs I started exercising this week, after trying to get pregnant for over two years and then being diagnosed with polycistic ovaries. I walk about 45 mins to 1 hr each evening I am hoping to lase at least 50lbs and have my baby that I am longing for. I just carve your support. THANKS
