Hi Ally, As you know it is much easier taking the weight off then keeping it off! I am a firm believer in groups and Spark will be helpful but if I were you I would ALSO attend a group like Weight Watchers just for a reality check once a week. :O) I lost 100+ pounds and have kept MOST (!!!!) of it off for over 40 years--I regained 25 and am having a heck of a time getting it off but I rationalize, like most of us do, well it is easier egttign 100 off than 25!! LOL One thing i have learned is NOT to give up--hey, just imagine how much we would weigh if we didn't go on diets--now that's frightening! Welcome and get in teh habit of coming here EVERY DAY--that's part of the success. Martin

Hi I'm new here! I'm 32 and trying to lose 100lbs. I've managed to lose significant amounts of weight in the past, but I always end up gaining it back. I ready to change my lifestyle so that it doesn't happen again. Hopefully with SparkPeople's help I can make that happen.
