Hello All!! I'm a newbie here. I'm just starting out in a heart healthy fitness routine. I walked 1.886 miles this morning in 30 minutes. I know I can do better but I have been out of the excerise routine for a bit. I will step it up next time.
Hello all! I am new to the SparkPeople community. I recently moved to Sweden from the US, and I am getting myself back in shape. I enjoy fun and active outdoor activities, however in the last 6/7 years have put on a lot of weight (+75lbs). I am here in Sweden to start a new life, a new me, with my lovely boyfriend, and in just two weeks- our new puppy! I am looking forward to the positivity, support, and motivation this community will bring to me, and hope that I can also help to encourage others along the way! ~Corin
