DOWNS WITH MY HEART BUT NOW I IHAVE 16 STENTS IN ME AND I AM
TRYING TO LIVE THE BEST WAY I KNOW HOW. BY EATING RIGHT
EXRCISE AND WALKINGAND JUST TACKING THINGS MORE SLOWLY.
I AM58 YEARS OLD AND I WISH I WAS BACK WORKING AND NOW IAM RETIRED.

Hi, I'm new to this site and am going to attempt living a more healthy lifestyle. Weight loss is my first goal and then I'll start to increase my exercise plan (none so far) by walking. When I tracked my first day of food intake I can't believe how many calories I was above the top range. Wish me luck. Any favorite strategies will be gladly accepted! Have a great day.
