Just keep moving!! Even if you only exercise for 10 minutes at a time...try to do that at least 3 times a day. Watching what you eat and exercising regularly will make those pounds disappear! I know you can do it!!!

Hey! I turned 50 in June and have 50 to lose. I'm very motivated to lose the weight now since my son is getting married at the end of November, I'm on high cholesterol meds, high blood pressure meds, sleep with a CPAP, and have a husband that lost his weight and has kept it off for the past 10 months. I would like to enjoy our second half of life to the fullest and don't want to carry this weight and the medical problems that have come with it into my my future! There's still way too much to do to be this uncomfortable and unhealthy! I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and hearing your stories!
