Hi Beckah Joy! I am kind of new to this team but have been on Spark People for quite a few years. I have not been tracking my meals or exercises for the past couple weeks. I have been in and out of the hospital 3 times since June 25th..so trying to get my eating habits regulated. Most of the topics are easy to understand. I love taking the quizzes and polls, and of course playing the games and posting on others' pages. If I can help you in any way, please do not hesitate to ask.

I am Beckah Joy and wanting to make friends on this weight loss journey b/c w/o friends I will not be able to get to my goals. I am one who has always required a friend to back me up on my journeys.
