Hi and welcome Kickingglutt. I'm sure you will do great on meeting your goals. It's good not to set them too are doing great. I am kind of new to this team, but everyone seems to be very helpful and nice.

I'm new to sparkpeople, i have a goal to lose 129 lbs. i'm giving myself a year or less. i will be taking it hour by hour, day by day, and week by week. my 1st mini goal is to drop the first 10 lbs. i will see how it go.
