MAy I suggest learning all you can about proper portion size. I never understood my weight problem "I'm eating all the right stuff." Yes, but way too much of it.

Hello my name is Jessica and I am 25 years old. I have always had a problem with my weight, as of right now I believe I weigh 209 and I am 5'2. I never really "tried" to lose weight except just going for walks but I know that I have to do more than just that. So as of right now I want to turn my life around because some things have happen to me where I feel like now is the time to change everything I want to change. I know doing this alone will be a challenge but I am hoping to stick with this.
