I also struggle with sodium. I use the nutrition tracker everyday. I am accountable by doing so. It amazes me to see how many calories I consume on days that I thought I ate fairly well. My advice is to list all of the foods you eat everyday.
I need help! On menopause and battling weight gain I just can't seem to get off. I started seriously working out and changed diet a month ago and have only noticed weight gain. I understand the muscle thing, but I've been walking 2-3 miles every other day and 6 miles on the weekends and have only managed to lose 1 pound. Any suggestions?
