I also struggle with sodium. I use the nutrition tracker everyday. I am accountable by doing so. It amazes me to see how many calories I consume on days that I thought I ate fairly well. My advice is to list all of the foods you eat everyday.

Good advice here. SP may not be a yo-yo program, but my weight certainly is. i am up another pound today and I am sure it is water but my cardio took me off the lasix. bummer,

Watch your sodium. That's the biggie for me. I can gain 5-10 lbs in a couple of days just from too much sodium.

CORAL, it is a "battle" I agree.

You may want to join in our Lose 1 Pound in 1 Week ongoing challenge . You can get plenty of advice there to help you.

You are getting in a lot of walking. Are you eating enough calories to support that? Not eating the right amount of calories will affect your weight loss.

I need help! On menopause and battling weight gain I just can't seem to get off. I started seriously working out and changed diet a month ago and have only noticed weight gain. I understand the muscle thing, but I've been walking 2-3 miles every other day and 6 miles on the weekends and have only managed to lose 1 pound. Any suggestions?
