Over the weekend, I was having chest pain and was taken to the hospital. After a cardiac catheterization, the cardiologist said that I did not have a blockage, thank God, but had most likely had a coronary spasm. Still pretty scary stuff. So it looks like I will be on a calcium channel blocker, and following the cardiac diet to try to prevent another spasm from occurring, or a possible heart attack. I'm still freaked out about this, but trying to stay calm.
